Green Procurement

We have experience in using latest green technologies such as PV, heat pumps, heat recovery, rainwater harvesting, insulation, water saving devices, energy efficient glass etc.

Our buying department ensures that all forest products are sustainably sourced, we require full FSC/PEFC chain of custody certification for all timber products supplied.

Wherever possible we choose manufacturers who have achieved the BRE Standard, BES 6001 which promotes responsible sourcing of construction products.

Customer care is a requirement of everyone working for the Old England Homes group including site operatives, subcontractors, office support / administration staff and senior management. Therefore, we provide the training and support for our teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and the skills to provide this.
