We insist on complete transparency in all areas including cost, quality, delivery and problem-solving, our supply chain partners are obliged to gain and demonstrate commitment and understanding relating to these criteria.

Established procurement procedures provide value for money; ensure quality and achieve programme.

Once we are satisfied that bids are compliant we ask our sub-contractors and suppliers for alternatives as part of our value engineering exercise. These proposals are discussed with the project team to verify their acceptability.
