How it all started

Using my voice for my work started when my career in the entertainment business began in 1986 as a Butlin’s Redcoat, as a next stage on from drama classes.

Back in those days, presentation standards were incredibly high, so before being let loose representing this iconic brand, we underwent training to provide strong grounding & experience in techniques such as vocal performance, presentation skills, microphone technique & technical basics, which really pressed-home how extra effort results in vastly improved performance.
